The person in this position must be qualified and able to do the following:
Work closely with the Chief Risk Officer and the Risk Management Director to enhance and implement the Enterprise Risk Management framework for the company.
Assist in the identification and assessment of business-related risks for all departments, as well as the development of risk mitigation recommendations and implementation plans.
Provide project management and operational oversight for the rule violation process and tracking function.
Provide support to other departments in the areas of risk measurement, assessment and process improvement.
Serve as lead manager to coordinate the company’s SOC-1 audit effort; perform pre-audit testing; plan and track the audit process; and act as the liaison between the audit firm and each department involved in the process.
