As an IT Auditor III with Frost, you will be responsible for leading information technology audits designed to determine the adequacy of logical access controls, physical access controls, data input/output controls, system controls, information security, business continuity, and the degree of compliance with policies, laws and federal regulations as they relate to information technology. Responsibilities will include demonstrating competence in analyzing operations, internal controls, laws and regulations, Board level policies and understanding the underlying effect each has on the company; supervising or participating in audits of various business units within an organization to ensure internal controls are adequate and operating properly, network, systems, and related data are appropriately safeguarded, IT services are available in the event of a major disruption, and compliance with Board policies, selected law and regulations; maintaining direct communication with team members regarding status of assigned work and potential findings on audits being supervised to ensure audit objectives are accomplished, department standard are met, and the audits are on schedule; and monitoring communications from team members to audit clients. The candidate will present completed work papers and detailed reports of audit findings and recommendations, highlighting irregularities or exceptions to Audit Project Leader in a timely fashion and demonstrating increasing levels of quality as to style and content.
Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Information Security, or other relevant degree plan as approved by management
Must have Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification
Strong organizational skills
Time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
4 years experience in IT audits of various operating system platforms and applications and IT General Controls
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Windows, UNIX, Linux, and Mainframe operating systems, ACF2, enterprise-wide databases, network infrastructure, banking, trust, and/or securities applications
