The Springfield Headquarters is seeking applicants for a SharePoint/Office 365 Analyst in the Information Services Division. This position will participate in, and oversee some portions of, the evaluation, acquisition, installation, integration, configuration, design, upgrade, administration, day to day support, and troubleshooting of one or more line of business systems (Platforms). These Platforms include but are not limited to Office 365, ECM, and SharePoint.
The SharePoint/Office 365 Analyst leads efforts within the team to establish standards and frameworks as well as coordinating with team supervisors and project leads to ensure applications follow these standards and frameworks. This position will be called upon to perform various tasks on projects including requirements gathering/analysis, solution design, development, testing, debugging, and deploying. We are seeking candidates who have experience migrating an organization to Office 365, someone with a strong Enterprise Content Management program background, and experience in leading and owning a SharePoint corporate intranet.
Qualified applicants will have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Sciences, or other related technical field or commensurate experience. Candidates must display proficient skills in SQL, report writing, PowerShell automations, HTML5/CSS3, application server management and system maintenance. At least five years of SharePoint administration experience is required. Experience administering Office 365 is required with preference given to candidates who have participated in, or ideally lead, an organization’s migration to Office 365. Candidates with experience creating custom applications/interfaces within SharePoint and experience managing Azure in conjunction with Office 365 is preferred. Successful candidates will demonstrate positive customer interaction, strong leadership, project management, vendor relations, communication and documentation skills as well as the ability and desire to be open and flexible to change.
