The IT Security Administrator will enable secure operations for the Citizens enterprise through security awareness programming, information systems monitoring and assessment, incident handling, compliance, and reporting. Duties include IT Security systems maintenance, policy, standard, and process documentation, and customer service.
Monitor information systems operations and assess for potential security incidents and non-compliance. Respond to information security events according to the incident handling process. Provide root cause and remediation response.
Maintain information security logging, metrics, and reporting including analysis and trending. Maintain and develop IT Security alerting. Maintain information security standard compliance enforcement and audit.
Enable Citizens workforce, vendors and customers to adopt Information Security policies, standards, procedures, guidelines, and best practice through the Security Awareness program. Develop security awareness program materials and present. Consult with business operations to enable secure operations.
Perform IT Security Operations Center operations including security application/system maintenance and development. Respond to Citizens workforce inquiries.
Maintain and develop IT Security Operations documentation.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science, Information Technology or related field) OR 4 years relevant experience, OR a combination of college education and relevant experience.
2 or more years of Information Security experience in two or more of the following domains: Access Control, Computer Operations Security, Network Security, Security Architecture, Application and/or System Development Security
The Intermediate level position may be required to be on call in the event of an emergency incident.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Associate/Technical Degree (Computer Science/Information Technology or related field) OR 2 years relevant experience, OR a combination of both
1 or more years of Information Security experience in two or more of the following domains: Access Control, Computer Operations Security, Network Security, Security Architecture, Application and/or System Development Security.
Security+ certification or equivalent or higher
Employer will assist with relocation costs.
