This position should lead out Product Security promotion within our organization, especially to Design departments. Also lead our Product Security Incident Response Team (P-SIRT) to manage security vulnerabilities. DIAM QE needs to train Engineers on the proper DENSO design principles & methods which result in robust designs for Product Security, and also audit the design process work.
Establish product security implementation procedure to all ECU design department in NA.
Establish an early stage control framework, applying design/assess/audit of locally-designed security products
Introduce the direction from DENSO Japan Information Security Promotion Department to region, check progress status of measures and follow-up
Promote procedures & activities at DIAM through G-ESC
Support the creation of product security methodologies according to product risks
Establish & implement process to assess security for locally designed products
Lead PSIRT activity for NA, including identifying external vulnerabilities and working with design to confirm/mitigate
Create & deliver training on Design Quality principles and related application methods.
Need fundamental computer science knowledge and application skills. - Programming skill (C, C , Python) - Posix OS knowledge (Linux, Unix and so on) - Tool skill and knowledge (JTAG tool, compiler, static code analyzer and so on)
Additionally, some fundamental security knowledge. - Crypt algorism (AES, RSA, ECC etc.) - Security Protocol (SSL/TLS etc.) - Standard criteria and process - knowledge for special tool for attacking: NMAP, Metasploit, etc.
• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Computer Science or EE) • 2-5 years of experience • Learning or developing automotive electrical, electronic system components and/or systems, and cyber security • Design Process knowledge • Auditing skills
