As the HCM Business Analyst, you will serve as a key IT point of contact to business functions and solution delivery teams for the execution and resolution of projects, incidents, and service requests related to HR and payroll business systems including Oracle EBS, ADP Payforce, Kronos, iCIMS, and technical integrations between these various applications. You will provide Oracle EBS analysis, support, enhancement, and project services. You will also provide functional design and development leadership to key HR and payroll systems projects and enhancements including work scoping and estimation, work execution, work review and approval, and general issue troubleshooting and resolution. Additionally, you will:
Provide hands-on functional and technical design, set-up, and development services as required, converting business requirements into robust and scalable global solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and integration strategies Analyze human resources business processes and work flows; complete fit/gap analysis; gather complex user requirements; recommend process improvements; and implement new or enhanced processes enabling business and technical solutions Work closely with vendors and onsite and offshore resources to provide a high level of service and ensure adherence to SDLC and PMO standards What You’ll Need to be Successful:
At least 7 years of relevant experience in a HR/HCM business analyst role At least 5 years of experience leading and supporting technical development of Oracle ERP HR solutions and integrations Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field or equivalent experience Proven ability to lead internal and external resources through the requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment phases of HR and payroll projects Experience implementing HR and payroll systems and solutions Experience with Oracle EBS R12 (Core HR, SSHR, OAB, CWB) Ability to conceptualize and communicate potential solutions to business issues that may extend beyond your sphere of responsibility Ability and desire to learn new technologies independently as required by the needs of the business Ability to work within a 24/7 global organization Great Additional Skills:
