As the User Adoption Lead, you will report to the IT Employee Experience Leader and partner with the IT PMO, Solution Delivery teams, and business stakeholders to define technology end user experiences and develop organizational change management (OCM) methodologies throughout the system development lifecycle (SDLC) to proactively define change impacts, develop change readiness plans, drive accelerated user adoption, and realize technology investment business value. You will be an advanced change management and communications specialist, driving adoption through direct business stakeholder engagement, enterprise awareness campaigns, and end user communications. You will sit on the Employee Experience Steering Committee to proactively design and develop engaging, positive experiences for our employees and drive digital workplace initiatives. Additionally, you will:
Deliver outcomes tied to technology business value and optimization of end user experiences Develop and deploy IT marketing, employee engagement, and communication campaigns Develop and manage enterprise PMO organizational change management methodologies and deliverables Ensure organizational change management is embedded in all IT programs and projects Lead and mentor our global Super User community Develop and execute program and project communications templates and tools Complete change readiness and impact assessments Develop and drive strategies to identify and manage anticipated end user resistance Consult and coach program, project, and Super User teams Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics Evaluate and ensure organizational and end user readiness Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress What You’ll Need to be Successful:
5 to 6 years of experience in Organizational Change Management Bachelor’s degree or higher A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent active listening skills Excellent facilitation, collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships Project and program management planning and organizational skills Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal Flexibility and adaptability; ability to work in ambiguous situations Resiliency and tenacity with a propensity to persevere Familiarity with project management approaches and tools and phases of the project lifecycle Experience with enterprise-wide organizational change efforts Ability to work within a 24/7 environment across multiple time zones and with international employee groups Great Additional Skills:
