The Information Security Analyst is responsible for working with IT and Business stakeholders to assess and define business needs for projects related to Identity and Access Management. As part of the IAM team they will ensure the successful design, configuration and delivery of business solutions that are aligned with the strategic direction of Information Security and Identity and Access Management.
SCOPE OF POSITION:
This position provides expertise on various processes and technologies within the IT Security organization by leveraging skills for identification and evaluation of implementation requirements with business stakeholders, conducting quality assurance testing, coordination and execution of IT compliance and/or data security activities including interaction with CISO, responsibilities for training/support documentation and well as business readiness & service transition, ticket analysis and resolution as well as the continuing engagement with our support teams related to troubleshooting, new functionality, process improvement, shift-left, etc.
Responsibilities as a contributing member of the IAM team will include, but are not limited to the following:
Build and manage recertification's, including quarterly contractor, restricted & SOX recertification's in IIQ.
Understand and observe security requirements when creating or making changes to systems/applications and following process and procedures to complete assigned work.
Understanding of security practices and implementation processes and report to management any concerns related to risk, vulnerabilities and/or other security exposures.
Remain current on relevant IAM market-related trends, tools and methodologies.
Data analysis to support service enhancements, including role and attribute based access, and troubleshooting issues
Support for all IAM audit activities, including data collection, data analysis, audit responses, and finding remediation
ServiceNow request/incident resolution and SLA management.
Understand common computer operating systems and applications.
Perform other duties as assigned.
