The Senior Regulatory Manager establishes and operationalizes a strategic approach to regulatory compliance for US data. The Senior Regulatory Manager will also provide guidance and advice to the various business segments & corporate functions on identifying synergies & opportunities and how to leverage risk & control programs to meet compliance expectations.
Provides people management leadership by hiring the best talent, setting goals, developing staff, managing employee performance and compensation decisions, promoting teamwork and handling any/all disciplinary actions, as required l l Establishes and operationalizes a strategic approach to regulatory compliance for US data Provides guidance and advice to the various business segments & corporate functions on identifying synergies & opportunities and how to leverage risk & control programs to meet compliance expectations l Responsible to understand the scope of data required to meet regulatory expectations across AMCB l Responsible to understand the data impacts of new & existing regulatory guidance through a strategic lens l Analyzes the breadth of regulatory requirements to identify overlaps and opportunities to implement strategic solutions and minimize impacts to the business l Responsible to formulate, monitor & deliver reporting on AMCB regulatory compliance pertaining to US data and related risk & controls programs to a variety of audiences, including the regulators/examiners l l Oversees the analysis of regulatory compliance results for AMCB l Delivers guidance, support and tools to enable regulatory compliance
Must be eligible for employment under regulatory standards applicable to the position.
l Bachelor's degree required; post graduated education preferred l 3+ years of related experience required l Extensive knowledge of Regulatory Requirements & Relationship Management l Problem solving & decision making l Root cause analysis l Prioritization skills & multitasking ability l Negotiation & influencing skills l Relationship building & interpersonal skills l Extensive experience in business writing and generating solid project deliverables l Proven ability to communicate effectively at senior levels l Knowledge of enterprise data management components l Compliance with internal / external audit and regulatory requirements Excellent client relationship skills at the project leadership level, demonstrated effective teamwork, and a track record of consistently exceeding goals l Experienced with working in both a technical and business context and able to translate technical concepts into easy to understand business language l l Extensive change management experience
