WHAT YOU WILL DO...
As a Financial Advisor, you will work with the PWM team to...
Be a part of a team for existing clients and develop new relationships with our ideal clients.
Provide our clients with a framework for navigating life’s major decisions and top-notch financial expertise.
Serve as the subject matter expert in some aspect of Wealth Management, Investment Management or Behavioral Wealth Management.
Analyze and manage client portfolios, including private placements and align with the client's overall financial plan

Engage team members and vertical strategic partners with the right framework at the appropriate times to engage in conversations that address the human component. The result is that our clients are empowered to be part of the answers to their financial questions based on what’s most important to them. Success in this area is assessed via positive survey results whether our clients feel they made better decisions for themselves and their families because of their relationship with Prosperity Wealth Management.
Competitive salary of base plus individual and team bonus. Our Advisors can earn in the range of $60k-$148k with all compensation combined. The average total compensation typically falls between $70-$90k a year.

Demonstrate a high-level of commitment to client retention, client recruiting, and superior customer service.
Maintain a high level of compliance to firm rules and regulations.
Work collaboratively within a tight-knit team.

Identify and deepen relationships with clients and potential clients.
Positively participate in and contribute to output with PWN teams, to increase sales and or enhance Behavioral Wealth Management delivery.

YOU POSSESS THESE BASIC REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge on a wide array of financial products and services
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (preferred)
CFA or must obtain within the first 5 years. Must have or will be required to obtain a Series 65 for state registration if you do not have a CFP or CFA designation.
Minimum of 10 years of experience
