Provide IT Security Architecture Engineering support to the Citizens enterprise. Design and implement appropriate security solutions following approved processes and procedures. Lead activities within the IT Security Engineering team.
Develop and follow information protection policies, standards, processes, and procedures. Develop and maintain knowledge and awareness of security related products, trends, and emerging technologies.
Design and implement Security Architecture and security controls, security systems, and security configurations with no assistance and/or supervision.
Evaluate and develop secure solutions based on approved security architectures; analyze business impact and exposure based on emerging security threats, vulnerabilities, and risks; perform risk assessments, security audits, vulnerability assessments and/or gap analysis as required.
Review and analyze new design, architecture, software, and change requests for security and/or risk implications.
Develop and provide application security solutions. Implement security solutions and recommend security controls for departmental and/or enterprise projects.
Provide engineering and architecture input and solutions to the Incident Response activities and processes and perform root cause analyses independently or as part of team.
Lead IT Security Architecture initiatives, including coordination and collaboration with other IT departments.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Cloud security, Microsoft Office 365 and Azure
Azure Active Directory
Cloud security knowledge in AWS or Google
IT Security architecture/engineering principles
Desktop and Server operating systems
IT Security Frameworks such as NIST, COBIT
IT infrastructure/ architecture
Information Security services (e.g., network, firewall, AD)
Conceptualize requirements into comprehensible models

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science/Info Technology) or related field OR 4 years relevant experience, OR a combination of college education and relevant experience equivalent to 4 years.
4 or more years of Information Security experience in two or more of the following domains: Access Control, Computer Operations Security, Network Security, Security Architecture, Application and/or System Development Security.
Current CISSP, CISA, CISM or equivalent or higher-level Information Security Certification(s) AND one or more relevant technical certifications
