Investment Group Information Security (IGIS) is seeking a highly motivated Information Security Analyst 2 to be located in our San Francisco, CA office who will process complex system IDs.
This entails accessing ART Workflow or IES to retrieve requests for manual processing. Processing is either through direct access in the application or by working with other security administration groups or vendors within established Service Level agreements. Follow up on outstanding issues and pending requests until completion.
Participate in the review of existing system security issues and procedures and provide support for testing, emergencies, installations, and conversions.
On an ongoing basis it is expected that any process changes or efficiencies are communicated and procedures updated. Quarterly reviews of procedures are done to ensure processes are current and up-to-date. As new applications are developed or responsibilities are shifted to IGIS, procedures are created to include the new processes.
Maintain a familiarity with bank security policies and government regulations pertaining to information security.
1+ year of information security administration experience
Excellent customer service skills
Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Experience resolving and working through escalated and complex issues
Customer service experience
Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment

Wealth Management or Trust experience
Experience simultaneously navigating many different systems and web portals for systems access
Demonstrated ownership of issues, resourcefulness, and attention to detail
Must be a team player and able to handle multiple assignments
The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
