The CIB Operations User Access Management - Capital Markets Inst Ops Support Analyst 2 will be responsible for acting as one of the CIB Operations User Access Management Analysts. The CIB Operations User Access Management team acts as liaison between CIB Operations team members globally (approximately 1000 users); the Enterprise Access Management (EAM) and Wholesale Identity Access Management (WIAM) groups to facilitate all application access requests for the organization, submitted through the Business Online Ticket System (BOTS).
Support of these efforts involves an understanding of WF Capital Markets products and processes and the myriad of applications and access levels needed to ensure successful Operations support. The team routinely conducts reviews with Operations managers to ensure role based access profiles (BOTS Matrices) established across the organization are current and provides any changes to the WIAM partners that manage the profile documents. Research across multiple WF platforms is often required in order to determine if the access requested is appropriate and applicable to a user's job function. Other efforts can include Shared Drive/Folder remediation and any other access related activities that need attention.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Wells Fargo access experience from the WIAM ISA (Information Security Analyst) perspective and knowledge of how new application assets are on boarded to Wells Fargo compliant provisioning and certification tools.
Previous experience in CIB Securities Operations is required due to the need to understand Capital Markets products and processes, specific Technology used at Wells Fargo as well as the associated application access needs.
In-depth knowledge of the BOTS tool and understanding of CIB Ops BOTS Matrices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work with all levels of end users and managers effectively to explain access in plain business language terms.
Ability to effectively communicate requirements to Technology partners and EAM/WIAM partners.
Ability to navigate through complex platforms to perform research related to new access requests and determine the appropriate recommendation for the user.
Ability to work in a fast paced, time-sensitive environment and deliver robust recommendations for access requests that require remediation.
