Requirements: - 2-5 years of public accounting experience
- Strong technical skills in preparing a variety of audit, review, compilation and other attestation engagements with emphasis on the affordable housing and nonprofit industries
- Strong understanding of financial statement preparation and GAAS/GAAP requirements
- Ability to review and analyze financial statements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage client relationships while in the field, as well as in the office when required
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to train and assist staff, both in-person and remotely
- Ability to coordinate staffing and engagement workflow
- Strong technology skills, with experience in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, preferred. Experience with Profx Engagement is a plus.
- Bachelor's (or Master’s) degree in accounting is required. A related graduate degree preferred.

This individual must be eligible to work within the United States. Objectives - Working directly with Managers and Supervisors this individual's responsibilities will include preparation and/or review of audit engagements, researching audit issues, the management of staff and client engagement process, the training of staff and performing various accounting analyses of general ledgers and financial statements.
