Then you can implement the far-reaching Information Security Strategy of the Council of Europe Development Bank, reporting directly to the Chief Compliance Officer. Defining the objectives of our Information Security Strategy and aligning it to business needs, you will drive implementation and draft relevant rules, charters and policies. At the same time, you will contribute to the technical validation of our security controls, take ownership of key information security projects, and carefully analyse and mitigate emerging risks. You can expect an extremely high profile and considerable variety as you chair the Cyber Security Incident Response Team, participate in key committees and lead our information security awareness programme, including extensive hands-on training. To join us, you should possess: - Min. Master's in computer engineering, computer science or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of IT security technologies such as SOC services, cloud security, remote access, identification and authentication systems, intrusion detection, vulnerability management and content analysis.
- Broad awareness of common information security management frameworks like SWIFT CSCF, ISO/IEC 2700X, ITIL and/or COBIT.
- Highly developed interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical issues to non-specialists.
- Fluency in either English or French and a good knowledge of the other language.
- A background in international financial institutions or multilateral development banks (ideal but not essential).
- Professional security management certification, such as CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) or CISM (Certified Information Security Manager) (ideal but not essential).
