Your daily impact Manage client requests, account maintenance, and new client onboarding, including custodial management processes. Learn how to use DocuSign and Redtail CRM. Learn how to work with Schwab and TD Ameritrade. Manage our CRM system, including archiving meeting notes, client requests, and paperwork. Learn about compliance requirements in our industry. Confirm daily trades and documenting confirmations. Understand how the trading process works. Organize digital delivery of monthly and quarterly client reports. Help create spreadsheets and lists for quarterly billing. Assist with billing audits. Find out more about the operations and how a small RIA works. Answer the phone, setting, and confirming appointments with clients. Prepare and maintain (digital-Go-to-Meeting) conference room, greet clients, and ensure their comfort. Order supplies, keep office and kitchen stocked. Filing and shredding as needed. Get to know clients and anticipate their needs. Learn new industry-specific software such as Redtail, eMoney, Morningstar, and Sharefile. Troubleshoot printer, phone, and IT issues as needed. Participate and assist in marketing and new business initiatives. Learn from a dedicated team. Pull up existing client portfolios, review investments and generate reports in preparation for client meetings. Assist with preparing quarterly reports and performance data for digital distribution. Learn new RIA specific software. Compile investment data. Assist with the financial planning process. Work with Marketing to create and implement digital marketing campaigns. Develop and implement client service CRM workflows. Prepare meeting agendas, work with advisors to compile the appropriate meeting topics, reports and slides for each client. |
