You will plan and lead complex information technology (IT) audit projects at both the District and Federal Reserve System level. Provide expertise and advice on multiple IT disciplines and subject areas. Be a liaison and representative for audit management in meetings and workgroups. Prepare well documented written work papers and communicate recommendations of findings. Work with District and Federal Reserve System staff at high levels on issues with a high level of sensitivity. You will report to the Director, IT Audit.  You may be able to work remotely from locations within the U.S.

• Plan and lead complex information technology and project audits. Provide well supported audit opinions and findings. Communicate audit results to senior management. Serve as an expert on IT disciplines, technical areas and subjects. Perform all work observing the International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing.
• Demonstrate an expert level of knowledge of operational and business concepts, risk assessment practices, internal control systems, and create process mapping for complex business areas.
• Represent audit management in meetings and workgroups. As an advisor to audit management, you will analyze and communicate important new risks, projects, and trends within the Bank and Federal Reserve System.
• Monitor department administrative matters to support management and assist on strategic projects within the department. May lead the department's ongoing Quality Assurance Improvement Program.
• May serve as the Audit & Operational Risk Committee secretary.
• Through active participation and interaction, lead and influence new changes and important projects at both the District and System level and contribute to their implementation.
• Influence and contribute expertise to staff and management within the District and System audit community through collaboration, presentation, and participation in forums and training.
