Within EFT the Corporate Risk Technology group helps all Wells Fargo businesses identify and manage risk. We focus on three key risk areas: credit risk, operational risk and market risk. We help our management and Board of Directors identify and monitor risks that may affect multiple lines of business, and take appropriate action when business activities exceed the risk tolerance of the company. Within Corporate Risk Technology the Shared Risk Platform Team (SHRP) strives to ensure that all Wells Fargo corporate functions and lines of business soundly manage risk, comply with applicable laws and regulations, and offer products and services that meet the needs of our customers. In addition, the group provides an enterprise-wide view of risk, assists management and our Board of Directors in identifying and monitoring risks that may affect multiple lines of business, and takes appropriate action when business activities exceed the risk tolerance of the company. We are seeking a Software Sr. Engineer to provide leadership, enhance communications, assists with problem identification and solutions, and share best practices. Primary responsibilities for the individual in this role will be:
Driving SDLC Automation adoption and implementation Environment, Release and Deployment Release Management to ensure environments are available to support our Software Development Life Cycle Ensure compliance to Enterprise Standards including security, access, hardware and software currency Drive operational improvements to increase service delivery efficiency and business partner satisfaction Partner with product owner to ensure system changes/enhancements are appropriate, effectively designed and tested prior to their move to production Provide and lead troubleshooting and maintenance of Archer solutions with demonstrated background with RSA Archer GRC business configuration Configure or administer requirements and common components, access, workflows, etc. Understand and assure quality, security, and compliance requirements are met Event Management leveraging tools to monitor application health and batch processing status Incident/Problem Management including incident triage and root cause analysis Provide effective operational communications Participate in BCP activitiesPreferred work location is Minneapolis, MN - 600 S. 4th St.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- 7+ years of application production support experience
- 5 + years of experience supporting or designing complex ETL production environments
- 3 + years of technology application management experience
Desired Qualifications
- An industry-standard technology certification
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- A BS/BA degree or higher
- 5+ years of Agile experience
- Knowledge and understanding of automation and engineering release development
- Knowledge and understanding of Autosys
- Experience with capacity planning, forecasting, process improvement, and measurements
- Knowledge and understanding of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle)
- Knowledge and understanding of DevOps principles
- Knowledge and understanding of system monitoring and automation
- Knowledge and understanding of Information Technology governance risk and compliance processes such as; policies, control standards, risk management concepts, or information security
- Knowledge and understanding of technology project management: large scale development projects, including data migrations and third party vendor integrations
Other Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years of RSA Archer eGRC support or development experience
- 7+ years of full stack application development experience
