Department Overview: Information and Cyber Security (ICS) is part of Wells Fargo's Technology organization. About the Role Our Information and Cyber Security team is looking for an Information Security Manager to join our ICS team. This position will manage and provide functional and administrative leadership to the AIM Platform Engineer team.
The manager will functionally lead a team of Engineers responsible for configuration and maintenance and application support for Oracle Identity Manager (OIM). The candidate will manage a team of 15 to 20 production support engineers providing L1 & L2 production support services for Tier 1 Critical applications and be responsible for service operations SLAs defined for these applications. We are seeking a Technology Manager who can oversee the overall functions of Application covering various functional areas not limiting to Change Management, Release Management & Release implementation co-ordination, Incident & Problem Management, Vulnerability Management, Audit/Risks, Safety & Soundness etc. The manager will have dual reporting into US and India based ICS Chief of Operations Office leadership. This position demands high degree of partnership with WFI&P ICS Teams across US & WFI&P.
Responsibilities The position will be responsible for:
Develop team charter and scope for projects, and managing/supervising resource allocations, & workload balancing across a group/team of up to ~15-20 people. Lead and manage a team of Production Support Engineers and be responsible for providing Level 1 and 2 application support activities for groups of related applications in different technology areas. Responsible for definition and implementation of prod support processes such as incident management, problem management, change management, release management, service improvement etc... Own resolution of production incidents and Act as a coordinator and point of escalation for support staff during incident / problem recovery activities Review all daily activities and ensure completion of shift duties for each team and proper handover Consolidate report and analyze appropriate metrics to improve service Identify areas of process improvement Tasks includes but not limited to Maintenance, Administration, pre/post patching activities, Deployments & Configuration Management Responsible to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Proactive & creative development of engineering practices and automation/tools to enhance team productivity. Recruit, build, mentor and sustain a high performance team. Perform delivery management functions in an on-shore off-shore model, collaborating with US Technology Managers and key Business Proponents to identify and execute appropriate projects. Establish operating metrics and provide status reporting on operating metrics, projects, and continuous improvement efforts

Essential Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher with minimum 15+ years' in application development and maintenance with at least 5 years' in project management At least 5 years of experience in managing application support of mission critical applications in the retail banking domain regionally or globally on a 16x7 basis Preferably prior experience in banking/financial sector and have supported at least 20 Applications Experience with Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) Configuration and troubleshooting Five plus years of experience in leading and managing teams Ability to interact effectively with different teams and senior level management Proven experience in executing improvements to products and services Strong customer service focus and clear commitment to corporate goals in past assignments Strong aptitude for problem solving leadership Strong analytical, communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills Able to foster robust working relationships with team Able to lead development team and good experience in software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) with Agile Principles and Methodologies.
Desired Qualifications Experience in technical specialty in Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) Configuration and troubleshooting. Expertise in Unix/Linux, WebLogic/Tomcat/Jboss/Websphere Oracle/SQL server experience Appropriate and active ITIL, COBIT certifications, Six Sigma.
