Established in 2001, Carnegie Mellon's Heinz College Executive Education Certificate Programs create open and closed enrollment offerings for working professionals. As part of these certificate programs, participants attend in-person sessions at our Pittsburgh campus and/or online classes. The adjunct instructor for "CDO Structure and Operations," in our Chief Data Officer Certificate Program,plays an important role in educating and engaging our students.
The CDO Structure and Operations adjunct must present an in-person or online session once a semester to our CDataO Certificate Program students.
The CDO Structure and Operations adjunct will create content that focuses on practical "day-to-day" operations, including how to properly plan, structure, finance, run, and obtain "buy-in" from the organization.
The CDO Structure and Operations adjunct will be prepared to present and facilitate discussion surrounding enterprise data management team structure and operations, needed to better enable CDOs to demonstrate the charter and effectiveness of the team to their organizations.
At least 10 years of work experience in a technology leadership position, and/or an advanced degree in an aligned field of study.
Microsoft Office suite – Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
