This sales manager opportunity provides the prospect to work for an already well respected global fintech company, who with private equity backing and new leadership are embarking on their next exciting stage of growth. The company already has a strong Nordics client base and are looking to appoint a senior sales professional who can take commercial responsibility for the region, managing and growing new revenues with both their existing client base (up / cross sells) and new name clients. This person will also have one account manager report.
Selling to institutional asset managers, fund administrators, insurance companies and hedge funds etc, the sales manager will certainly have the freedom and flexibility to develop and execute their own commercial strategy for the Nordics, with the benefits of a great brand, company and fintech suite that is selling behind them. This in addition to a nimble and entrepreneurial high growth culture will all help make this person successful and earn a lot of money selling!
Appropriate applicants will have:
- Experience selling front, middle or back office technology solutions to the buy side i.e. either portfolio management, enterprise data management, client reporting, regulatory reporting, compliance, OMS, trading, trade surveillance, fund accounting, risk management, or portfolio analytics etc.
- An articulate, consultative and confident sales approach.
- The personal motivation and ability to contribute to a dynamic and entrepreneurial team culture.
- Fluent in English and at least one other language i.e. Swedish and/or Norwegian.
