Position Type: Administrative Department: Enterprise Technology FLSA: Exempt Union/Non Union: Non Union Full Time or Part Time: Full Time Job Description Summary: The Director of Information Technology (IT) Security Services will be responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring a strategic, comprehensive enterprise cyber security and IT risk management program. The Director, IT Security Services will provide the vision and leadership necessary to manage the risk to the organization and will ensure business alignment, effective governance, system and product availability, integrity and confidentiality. Minimum Qualifications: - Master's degree in cybersecurity, information management, information technology, computer science, engineering, business management, or related field and professional certification in IT security, preferably CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CISM/A (Certified Information Security Manager/Auditor), CompTIA Security+, Certified Ethical Hacker, or CCSP (Certified Cloud Security Professional). OR Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information management, information technology, computer science, engineering, business management, or related field and a professional certification in Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified information Security Auditor (CISA).
- Six years of progressively responsible management and/or leadership experience in information security that includes two years of supervisory experience.
Job Requirements: - Applicant must be available to work Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
- The work schedule is subject to change based on the needs of the department.
- Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written standard English.
