Job Description Would you like to join Fortune 8 CVS Health leading our multifaceted and growing Internal Audit team!? The Internal IT Audit Advisor will direct staff, under the supervision of the IT IA Manager, to lead and coordinate internal audits, test internal controls, supervise IT co-source resources, and special projects as assigned.
The Internal IT Audit Advisor will be responsible for preparing audit reports, supervise lead auditors, review/approve key IT audit deliverables, and communication with technology business management about reports and related issues and recommendations.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE ABILITY TO DO THE FOLLOWING:
- Communicate succinctly and effectively with IT management regarding technology concepts - Excellent written and verbal communication to translate technical risks into business terms - Strong analytical, deductive, and problem-solving skills - including data analytics in audit test work. -Have practical knowledge of retail and pharmacy benefit management industries -Optimally and efficiently manage multiple IT audit projects concurrently -Understand abstract audit concepts and apply them on a risk basis - Proficient with MS Office applications, the Archer eGRC platform, and Audit Board.
Required Qualifications 4 or more years of IT Auditing, Controls Assessment, Control Validation, Risk Management, or Technology experience

Preferred Qualifications -5+ years of experience -Ability to effectively communicate issues, findings and recommendations (both written and verbal) with clients. -Must be able to handle confidential information appropriately. -Excellent project management skills, including the ability to routinely multi-task. -Experience working in teams. -Experience in Big 4 Accounting, IT Audit or Management Consulting preferred. -Experience training and mentoring staff -Experience working with co-source resources - Advanced degree such as MBA or MS desired.
Professional certification such as: â¢Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) â¢Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) â¢Certified Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) â¢Certificate of Cloud Auditing Knowledge (CCAK) â¢Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE)
Education Bachelorâ™s degree required; Preferably in Management Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or Computer Science.
