Our cord connectors, wire mesh grips, molded connectors, and cordsets are used in a wide variety of industrial and commercial markets. Using state-of-the-art CNC equipment and multi-spindle screw machines, Remke designs and manufactures a wide variety of products in aluminum, steel, brass, and stainless steel. Molded cordsets are manufactured using plastic and rubber. The manufacturing operations occupy over 40,000 square feet in two facilities.

What’s a Senior Credit & Collections Analyst’s typical day like with Remke? Check out the variety of responsibilities:
Accurately process daily paper check, credit card, and ACH payments
Perform necessary and proactive collections and reconciliation activities to consistently improve the aging of the A/R
Prepare file and refer customers as needed to third-party collections
Perform financial calculations, analyze results, and determine action steps
Perform credit reviews for prospective and existing accounts. Determine and manage appropriate credit limits and payment terms within prescribed parameters.
Complete daily processing of customer invoices
Review customer orders/accounts as required prior to shipments as needed
Participate in NACM Electrical Manufacturers Credit Group meetings/reports
Identify and support new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continuous improvements in the efficiency of the department and Company
Create and support internal and external communication via reports, documentation, meetings, emails, etc.
Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration with co-workers and customers
Solve problems, recommend solutions, and regularly document processes and procedures

Related Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
At least two years of cash application with five years in a similar role, manufacturing environment preferred
Ability to gather and analyze information skillfully
Strong computer experience required including proficient Excel skills (v-lookup and pivot tables), working with an ERP system (Epicor), utilizing customer and vendor portals to provide or obtain data and reports
Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Excellent attention to detail and pride in accurate and timely work product
Self-motivated to work independently to manage all aspects of A/R function
Participation in Credit Trade Groups desired but not required
NACM certification preferred but not required
