Description of Responsibilities:
Ability to interpret business needs, translate into technical requirements and ensure the service deliverables meets business needs.
Creative thinking, solution recommendation and acting as a trusted advisor for the customer.
Designing, implementing and supporting the services that are part of Equitable multi-factor authentication platform (SaaS based), access & administration functions, and enterprise password management functions. This would also include potential support for: LDAP, Active Directory, RACF and potential other platforms. This role will be responsible for supporting the demand for all service areas within IAM operations.
Provide technical expertise, remove blockers, deliver scope items, identify security gaps vulnerabilities and effectively communicate with the project & operations stakeholders.
Work in a fast paced, results driven environment, grasp new technology, and contribute at a rapid pace.
*This position is Flexible and will be a combination of both in office and remote work.
Skills required to ensure success include:
Agile Methodologies: Knowledge of concept and principles of agile methodology; ability to apply appropriate agile approaches in the processes of software development and delivery.
Confidentiality: Knowledge of practices and policies governing disclosure of information about the organization, its business activities, and employees; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the organization's industry group, trends, directions, major issues, regulatory considerations, and trendsetters; ability to apply industry knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
Information Security Management: Knowledge of the processes, tools and techniques of information security management; ability to deploy and monitor information security systems, while detecting, controlling and preventing violations of IT security
IT Governance: Knowledge of the accountability framework and processes used to encourage proper behavior in IT activities and operations; ability to implement IT systems and controls to meet business needs and requirements.

2 + years of experience working with various IAM toolsets. Duo (MFA) & Active Directory (including Azure) experience would be ideal.
Expertise in identity & access management concepts.
Experience with financial services business requirements, especially regulatory.
Software development experience a plus.
