POSITION SUMMARY

This position's key role is to ensure the company receives payments for goods and services and records these transactions accordingly—the securing of revenue by verifying and posting receipts and resolving any discrepancies.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Obtain remittance information for retailers who submit their payments via ACH or credit card
  2. Download and print checks from the lockbox
  3. Post payments from:
    • Live checks that come in the US Mail
    • Lockbox checks
    • ACH payments
    • Credit card payments
  4. Verify bank reconciliations for month-end
  5. Assist with Collection activities
  6. Administrative duties (not limited to):
    1. Monitor Site Access

 
 

 
 

  1. QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

    1. High school diploma or equivalent
    2. Minimum two (2) years accounts receivable
    3. Vendor Portal Experience 
    4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    5. Individuals must always practice a high level of integrity in their daily work and always maintain a professional and positive demeanor
    6. Computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook)
    7. Experience with ERP – Microsoft Dynamics preferred
    8. Experience with developing and maintaining spreadsheets and schedules
    9. Excellent organizational & prioritizing skills required
    10. Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
    11. Basic math skills required

NOTES:

Additional Salary Information: Onsite Position - Weekly Pay - Benefits - 401K - Monday thru Friday, flexible hours
