Salesforce seeks a Director, Security & Compliance Customer Success at our San Francisco, CA office located at 415 Mission Street, 94105. The individual could also be placed at 123 Mission Street, 350 Mission Street, and 50 Fremont Street. The permanent position may be offered at any of these locations in San Francisco. 1 position is available on this team. Job Duties: Host and manage complex customer security reviews from Salesforce customers and prospect customers. Present security and compliance related topics to customers at the Salesforce Innovation Center (SIC) as well as via conference calls. Assist the Legal organization in negotiating security and compliance language for Master Services Agreements. Provide direction to Sales on customer security questionnaires. Publish and maintain customer facing security and compliance documents and white papers. Provide inputs to the product management and engineering organizations with customer generated requests. Provide security and compliance education and training to various internal organizations (Sales and Customer Success). Drive process improvement via leveraging the Salesforce.com platform. Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Management, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and four (4) years of experience in the field of information management or four (4) years of experience in the job offered OR Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Management, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and six (6) years of progressively responsible experience in the field of information management or six (6) years of experience in the job offered. Training will not be provided to applicants. Special Skill Requirements: (1) CISA, CISSP, CEH and PCI ISA; (2) ISO 27001; (3) SOC2; (4) PCI and CCPA; (5) GDPR regulatory requirements; (6) assessing security of AWS cloud computing environments; (7) IT Infrastructure; (8) NIST 800-53. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Education, experience and criminal background checks will be conducted.
