Qualifications/Experience: - Knowledge of IT and Privacy frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT).
- Data Governance, Privacy, or Information Security certifications such as CIPP, CISSP, CISA, CISM, CFE.
- Previous experience implementing and using OneTrust or similar as an enterprise Privacy Management Platform.
- Previous experience successfully using BigID or similar data discovery, cataloging and classification tool.
- Familiarity with control frameworks and regulatory/compliance requirements such as ISO 27001/27018, SAS70, HIPAA, FISMA, GDPR, etc.
- 6+ years of direct, hands-on experience in a leadership role in data governance and data privacy.
- Sufficient familiarity with secure coding methodologies to effectively influence privacy by design concepts.
- Demonstrate advanced understanding of privacy and data protection trends and supporting technologies impacting Fortune 500 companies.
- Strong familiarity with the practical application of global privacy and data protection regulations, such as EU’s GDPR and US laws such as CCPA, CPRA, CDPA, CPA, HIPAA, GLBA.
- 5+ years of related experience in risk management, compliance, privacy or security field or equivalent experience.
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in computer science, information systems, engineering, business administration, or related field.
- Past Media and Entertainment industry experience a plus.
- Demonstrated understanding of the complexity of developing and delivering effective operational solutions to complex business challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with peers and drive groups to collaborative solutions across multiple groups and ability to influence throughout the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems, think creatively, communicate recommendations, influence change and be able to drive process and structure into an extremely dynamic environment.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. or U.K. (or other depending on role location).
- Willingness to travel.

- Ability to build strong relationships and must have solid business-facing skills. Must be able to influence and communicate critical details to solution architects and the development teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate security and risk-related concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, individual must be a team player, strategic and analytical thinker, able to think “big picture”, as well as focus on trends and data coupled with industry themes, and able to multi-task on projects.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects under strict timelines, as well as the ability to work well in a demanding, dynamic environment and meet overall objectives.
