We are looking to add financial planners to our team that are brand new to the profession or have less than 3 years of experience. We place a high emphasis on being a CFP® professional and will compensate our planners for passing the exam and also for having earned their marks.

Our target market is busy working professionals and we focus on providing financial planning in a subscription model for those clients in addition to providing traditional investment management services for clients that need that in addition to financial planning.

Our planners are not focused on sales and growing their books but on providing quality financial planning to existing clients and to qualified potential clients that come from our marketing and existing client referrals.

  • You are expected to serve so many households that you cannot provide the level of planning you desire for your clients. 

 

Requirements
  • Passion for financial planning
  • Undergraduate degree
  • Passed CFP exam or willing to study for the exam upon starting 
  • Live our Core Values daily
  • Passion for our profession
  • Follow our proven process 
  • Live in greater Western PA or willing to relocate (We offer flexible working hours and work from home but require in the office several days a week and have clients that require in-person meetings)
