Are you an experienced Chief Information Security Officer or Head of Information Security with extensive experience working in a highly regulated industry? If so, you could be the Chief Information Security Officer our client, a local financial institution, is looking for! As CISO, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the organisation's first line of defence, ensuring the organisation is well-protected against internal and external cyber threats
• Rolling out policies and controls to ensure compliance with the organisation's risk management framework
• Leading a team of cyber security professionals spanning across security operations, incident response, threat intelligence and threat hunting
• Managing the operations around Identity & Access Management, Vulnerability Management, Data Loss Prevention and Networking Security
• Representing the organisation in local and global conferences where you could be engaging as a speaker or in panel discussions

Requirements

• Experience leading a sizeable financial institution's cyber security function
• Good experience developing an organisation's cyber security strategy from end-to-end, including defining the cyber security tech stack and controls
• Experience dealing with regulators and law enforcement is a major advantage
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Candidates with experiences presenting at international and local conferences will have an added advantage. As there is a need to attend such speaking engagements, candidates are required to be fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
