The Director, Human Capital & Time Management Applications oversees the operation and strategic planning of Human Capital and Time Management applications and ensures its enterprise applications and digital software packages align with the business objectives. This individual's principal goals are leadership in the design, definition and widely use of the applications that support and enhance the effectiveness of all the human capital and time management applications and aligning of the resources under their control to meet Health Systems goals.
