Position OverviewThe IT Analyst plays a vital role in KU IT by serving as the Change Manager for the organization's IT change management process. This position also develops, maintains, and enhances technical documentation and business intelligence processes across the department. This position is responsible for organizing and facilitating communication surrounding IT changes and ensuring compliance with IT change processes, creating technical documentation, and supporting the IT Knowledge Base. The Analyst works closely with campus stakeholders, IT service providers, and management to ensure new and existing IT processes align with institutional needs and strategic initiatives.KU is not able to provide H-1B sponsorship for this position.
