IT DATA ANALYST
Under the supervision of the Manager of IT and Broadband Services, the IT Data Analyst supports the cooperative's mission of providing reliable, affordable electric service by transforming data into actionable insights that improve operations, member services, and system reliability. This role focuses on gathering, analyzing, and reporting data from across the cooperative’s IT systems, including outage management, SCADA, GIS, AMI, and member information systems (CIS). Primary Duties: Analyze data from operational systems (e.g., AMI, OMS, GIS, SCADA) to support reliability, outage response, asset management, and engineering decision-making. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports for internal teams using tools like NISC
