Functions as a member of the Arts and Sciences Technology Services (ASCTech) Operations - Support team, providing comprehensive computer hardware and software support to the College, with a primary focus on users in the assigned unit(s). Maintains users' IT hardware and software, and interfaces with related instruments and devices; troubleshoots and resolves problems; installs and deploys new/upgraded hardware and software; directly supports other IT facilities such as laboratories, clinics, AV-equipped conference rooms, and computer classrooms in the College. Provides technical advice, guidance, and creates solutions for IT users, including researchers with unique and varied needs; recommends solutions and services to meet IT users' needs; advises on and promotes prescribed security an
