The Academic Affairs IT Business Analyst will provide both functional and technical expertise to enable users to successfully use the university's ERP system, Banner Student, as well as other supporting technologies and platforms. The position functionally and primarily reports within the division of Academic Affairs. The position also reports secondarily to the Director of Enterprise Applications within the Office of Information Technology, ensuring effective communication, coordination with UAH's overall technology plan, and providing the AA IT Business Analyst with access to a deeper pool of technical expertise and resources.
