Summary: As the IT department head, the CIO leads strategic planning for the IT department and supports IT Directors in planning, budgeting, and managing resources and work performance in their respective functional units.  The CIO provides vision and leadership to the campus community to facilitate strategic planning for advanced technology that is mission-driven, productive, dynamic, and cost-effective.  This person is accountable for overall project management of many of the initiatives related to improving the College's use of technology resources, and is an IT department and college liaison to various internal and external groups regarding current and future uses of technology for all College constituents.  The CIO is a member of the VP Finance & Administrat
