We’re seeking a Head of Security to architect and lead our International security strategy — across physical, operational, and regulatory dimensions. If you’re an experienced leader who thrives in international environments, this is your chance to set the standard for safety and resilience in a rapidly scaling organization.
What You’ll Do
- Secure What Matters

What You Bring
- Background: Degree in Security Management, Information Security, Criminology, or
- equivalent.
- Experience: 5+ years leading security in corporate or multinational contexts.
- Languages: Fluent English required; Swedish, Finnish, or other European languages a major plus.
- Certifications (bonus): CPP, PSP, PCI, CSMP, ISO 27001/31000 or similar.
- Mindset: Strategic, proactive, and calm under pressure — with a passion for building systems that scale.
- Background: Degree in Security Management, Information Security, Criminology, or
