The Information Technology Analyst plays a vital role in supporting the District’s technology infrastructure and enterprise applications. Under general supervision, this position provides technical support, system maintenance, and application administration across all departments. The ideal candidate will be a skilled problem-solver with experience in software and hardware troubleshooting, database management, networking, and IT security. Responsibilities include assisting with server and cloud systems, supporting end users, coordinating technology upgrades, and maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
