The Security Guard is responsible for the safety and security of visitors, staff, collections, building, and other assets of the Sheldon Museum of Art. Work as a team with Visitor Experience Associates to provide an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere for personnel, volunteers, interns, and visitors. Must be able to walk and/or stand for long periods of time and maintain an alert attention to surroundings.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

High School Education or GED
Previous security experience with public contact or customer service experience
Ability to meet challenges calmly and skillfully
Possess enthusiastic customer service skills
Possess excellent communication skills

Posted Salary: $16.00/hr
