Work with senior technicians to create and deploy desktop images and software updates. Support remote instruction and collaboration software and hardware.   Essential Functions: Respond to support calls and support tickets for students/faculty/staff desktop/mobile computer issues across campus.  Troubleshoot software and hardware problems on networked PCs.  Performed using:  Troubleshooting skills, knowledge of specialized instructional software, customer systems and applications (e.g., Office, browsers, (staff, student) and customer management systems, etc.). Create desktop image, and image lab PCs over the network, deploy updates to Windows and MAC Operating Systems, mobile devices and third-party applications.  Performed using:  Troubleshooting skills, knowledge of specialized instructional software, and knowledge of third-party imaging and update deployment software, customer systems, and applications (e.g., Office, browsers, etc.). Ability to consult with multiple divisions within the organization.  Work with Technology Services staff and instruction faculty on issues with software and hardware in a college classroom setting. Assess issue, find solution to issue, test solution, implement and document issue remediation. Technical Writing - the ability to create clear and succinct documentation for policies, procedures, charters, and status updates to management. Teamwork - The ability to effectively work as a constructive member of the Technology Services Team and to keep both management and colleagues advised of issues.   Required Qualifications:  Any combination of education, experience, and/or training that provides the applicant with the knowledge and skills to perform the job may be considered by the college. Use of hand tools (screwdriver, plier, etc.), carts.   Must be mobile enough to climb under or over desks and equipment or climb ladders to review configurations and be able to occasionally lift equipment weighing up to 50 pounds with or without the help of hand truck or dolly. Must be able to provide Help Desk and Desktop services as required phone, e-mail, and in-person. Must be able to meet and work with individuals and groups from multiple departments and divisions on campus. The position work schedule will typically be Monday through Friday 8-hours each day. During the summer, work schedule is Monday through Thursday 10-hours each day. Periodic travel, usually to campus 100 miles away or to workshops or meetings anywhere in the state. The successful candidate, preferably holding Certified Protection Professional (CPP) and Physical Security Professional (PSP) certifications, will be the primary Subject Matter Expert for NERC CIP-003-8 and FERC D2 SI physical security requirements. 
 In this critical position, the Physical Senior Security Support Analyst will be responsible for the meticulous management and regulated documentation of physical security plans, programs, and maps. The role involves ensuring strict adherence to NERC and FERC requirements, particularly NERC CIP-003-8 and FERC D2 SI, to maintain Tacoma Power&#39;s compliance and mitigate the risk of substantial monetary penalties. Additionally, the position will provide valuable assistance with other applicable reliability standards, with a notable focus on NERC CIP-006. Join our team and contribute your expertise to the essential mission of protecting our assets and maintaining regulatory compliance in the dynamic energy industry. 
 Responsibilities Include : Compliance Coordination
 
 Develop, audit, and revise security documents for Tacoma Power&#8217;s 7 Hydropower Projects, encompassing annual compliance certifications, vulnerability assessments, threat assessments, security plans, and physical security checklists. 
 Serve as the primary reporting expert for security incidents and suspicious activities, adhering to 18 CFR 12.10, and report to the FERC D2SI Security Branch. Coordinate and actively participate in FERC Physical Security Inspections, annual drills, and Emergency Action Plan (EAP) exercises. 
 Collaborate with Tacoma Power&#39;s Dam Safety group to provide responses and status reports, ensuring the submission of follow-up reports and recommendations to FERC on physical security-related matters. Manage compliance activities resulting from exercises, inspections, and audits related to physical security recommendations. 
 
Security Plan Maintenance
 
 Manage the maintenance of security processes, policies, plans, and procedures for TPU properties governed by NERC CIP-003-8 federal standards to ensure proper security levels and federal compliance, avoiding financial penalties. 
 Act as the primary subject matter expert in maintaining Tacoma Power&#39;s CIP low impact physical security plans, including detailed maps and critical asset inventories, crucial for protecting assets and ensuring compliance. 
 Monitor and respond to the CIP low impact key/lock replacement program in accordance with Tacoma Power Staff Procedure E-4, ensuring effective security measures are consistently upheld.

 Qualifications for the Position  
 The intermediate school division head should have a deep understanding of the mission of the school and a clear vision of excellence in education at the intermediate school level, and also be able to articulate Seattle Country Day School&#8217;s mission, core values, program, and culture to prospective families, as well as represent the school to all constituents. A minimum of 5 years administrative experience in an educational setting, including oversight and evaluation of academic programs and faculty supervision are expected, other commensurate experience may be considered. The intermediate school division head should provide leadership to fourth and fifth grade teachers, students and families. A minimum of a master&#8217;s degree is required as is classroom teaching experience. Excellent interpersonal skills are required. The intermediate school head must also have excellent written and oral communication skills and be able to organize and prioritize a complex and dynamic set of priorities. The successful candidate will have an outstanding academic background, relevant supervisory experience, knowledge of the cognitive and emotional development of gifted children, knowledge of curriculum design and modification for gifted students. 
 Essential Functions  
 The intermediate school division head is responsible for, and works closely with the head of school, on all aspects of the intermediate school program. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 
 Students and the intermediate school program 
 - Oversee the academic program including monitoring and communicatingstudent academic progress, the reporting process, and parentconferences; 
 - Create and maintain intermediate school class schedule, and work withother division heads to coordinate a master schedule; 
 - Facilitate the implementation of the SCDS mission and philosophy in termsof student academic, social, and emotional development; 
 - Oversee student life issues, local field trips, attend 2 to 3 day overnighttrips; 
 - Attend parent conferences and other parent meetings as necessary. 
 Faculty leadership and supervision 
 -Articulate division philosophy and goals; 
 -Facilitate professional growth and communication among the intermediateschool faculty; 
 -Understand and articulate inquiry teaching/learning methodology; 
 -Visit classrooms and provide regular feedback to faculty. Provide writtenfeedback in the form of an evaluation on a regular basis;

 Administration 
 -Provide general planning and management of the intermediate schooldivision, including oversight of the academic program, the day-to-dayclass and activity schedule, special events and student behavior issues; 
 -Plan and facilitate intermediate school faculty meetings; 
 -Work in partnership with the Director of Teaching and Learning to ensurecurricular alignment with school academic standards and with otherdivisions; 
 -Understand and articulate the mission and core values of Seattle CountryDay School in a variety of professional settings; 
 -Assist the head of school and chief financial officer in carrying out schoolpolicies, budgets, and business practices; 
 -Assist in the recruitment and hiring of intermediate school faculty; 
 - Communicate with intermediate school families and the SCDS community-at-large regarding intermediate school activities, events, and other issues; 
 - Participate in and assist with the implementation of the Winterim program; 
 - Attend meetings with other members of the senior leadership team. 
 - Work with the admissions director throughout the admissions process including evaluating candidates and participating in enrollment decision making.

 This position is full-time, exempt, and based on a 12-month schedule. Flexibility and availability to work hours outside of the regular school day are required.
