Cadet/Dorm Life Supervisor - Security Officer
The Cadet Life Supervisor (CLS) is responsible for the direct supervision, safety, character development, and daily accountability of cadets in a structured boarding school environment. This position serves as a foundational component of the Character and Leadership Development Program (CLDP) and plays a critical role in advancing the Academy’s mission. The CLS upholds the standards of the Cadet Manual, the Employee Handbook, and all institutional policies. The primary responsibility of a CLS is to maintain safety and security for cadets. When the assigned hall is occupied, the CLS functions as the primary residential supervisor.
